Cooling tower water treatment chemicals

Below is the list of ZL – branded products under this category:

ZL – 203

RO / Soft / DM Water as Feed

A classic combination of chemicals that is very effective in treatment of cooling system by inhibiting scale, silica and corrosion caused due to use of purified RO water, soft water or demineralized water as feed water.

ZL – 203 ++/DM

Process Cooling Tower

This formulation goes one step beyond the classic ZL -203. This product focuses on maintaining and boosting pH levels specifically in process cooling towers, where maintaining a certain pH level is very critical for optimal performance.

ZL 118 R

Low TDS Bore Water as Feed

Bore (Ground) Water that is extracted from an aquifer, usually result in buildup of scale & silica. Our one of a kind formulated product targets this buildup and prevent its formation as well.

ZL 118 R PM

High TDS Water as Feed

High TDS Water is usually treated with Acid dosing which proves to be very hazardous process. Our unique product is designed and formulated to treat scale and silica buildups in such water with an established control over pH and alkalinity without any additional dosing requirement of Acid.

ZL 118 R SP

Critical Cooling Tower

An upgraded formulation of ZL – 118 RPM that specializes in inhibiting stronger level of scale & silica in critical cooling tower which uses high TDS water as feed.

ZL –149

Bacteria, Microorganism / Biofilm (Algae)

The product we take pride in, is an excellent combination of Biocide & Bio-Dispersant. Biocide kill bacteria and microorganism in cooling water. Bio-Dispersant helps in breaking the biofilm (a slimy layer of microorganism and/or bacteria) buildup.

RO / Soft / DM Water as Feed

ZL –149 ZS / BS / SP

High Biological Growth Rate

These are special biocides designed for cooling towers with high biological growth rates. The specific variant (ZS, BS, or SP) likely targets different types of biological contaminants or offers different benefits. They may be formulated to address external contamination, fly ash, or dust problems in the cooling tower environment.
